OVER 80 YEARS IN BUSINESS AND 275 YEARS OF RICH LANCASTER COUNTY FAMILY FARMING CULTURE AND HERITAGE.Lancaster Chick

In the spring of 1935 Noah W. Kreider and his wife, the former Mary R. Hershey, purchased her father’s farm in Manheim, Pennsylvania where she was raised.  The farm had been in Mary’s family since Christian Hershey settled it in 1739.  Mary’s father, John B. Hershey, cousin to Milton Hershey, sold the farm to Noah and Mary as his health was failing and he wanted the homestead farm to stay in the family.

Today, Noah W. Kreider and Sons produce the finest eggs on state-of-the-art cage free egg farms.  We know all eggs may look the same, but not all eggs are created equal.  Our egg farms feature USDA, SQF and American Humane Association certifications.   When you purchase Noah’s Pride brand eggs, you will bring home over 275 years’ worth of rich Lancaster County family farming culture, heritage and dedication to excellence.
