Deviled Eggs Five Ways

Upgrade your appetizers and impress your guests with these 5 elevated but simple deviled egg recipes! Just start with some perfectly hard boiled eggs and follow the instructions for each variation below!

 

The Classic

More of a creature of habit? That’s ok, stick to the classic with our tried and true favorite.

Ingredients

6 Noah’s Pride Hard Boiled Eggs

3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 tsp. Mustard (we like it sweet)

1 Tbsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Vinegar

Pepper

Salt

Paprika – to garnish

Instructions

Transfer yolks to small bowl and mash. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and vinegar and mix well adding salt and pepper to taste. Take one heaping tablespoon of mixture and transfer back into egg white halves. Garnish with paprika, cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 servings.

 

Kickin’ Buffalo

Heat things up with a little spice! These kickin’ buffalo eggs are sure to ignite the night.

Ingredients

6 Noah’s Pride Hard Boiled Eggs

3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce

Blue Cheese Crumbles – to garnish

Chopped Celery – to garnish

Instructions

Transfer yolks to small bowl and mash. Add mayonnaise and hot sauce and mix well. Take one heaping tablespoon of mixture and transfer back into egg white halves. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped celery, cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 servings.

 

Chesapeake Crab

Keep your guests from getting crabby by serving up these while dinner’s cooking!

Ingredients

6 Noah’s Pride Hard Boiled Eggs

4 Tbsp. Lump Crab

2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp. Sour Cream

½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

2 tsp. Green Onion

Extra Lump Crab – to garnish

Extra Old Bay – to garnish

Instructions

Transfer yolks to small bowl and mash. Add crab, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cour cream, old bay and green onion and mix well. Take one heaping tablespoon of mixture and transfer back into egg white halves. Garnish with extra crab and old bay, cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 servings.

 

The Pumpkin Edition

Pumpkin everything right? These pumpkin eggs are surprisingly delightful and will seamlessly fit in with any fall dinner menu!

Ingredients

6 Noah’s Pride Hard Boiled Eggs

¼ cup Mayonnaise

2 tsp, Fresh Lemon Juice

1 ½ tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

2 Chives

Salt

Pepper

Extra Paprika – to garnish

Instructions

The Breakfast Edition

Dinner eggs are all the rage! Breakfast meets dinner in this variety!

Ingredients

6 Noah’s Pride Hard Boiled Eggs

5 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 tsp. Mustard

1 tsp. White Wine vinegar

Crumbled Bacon – to garnish

Sharp Grated Cheese – to garnish

Instructions

Transfer yolks to small bowl and mash. Add mayonnaise, mustard and white wine vinegar and mix well. Take one heaping tablespoon of mixture and transfer back into egg white halves. Garnish with crumbles bacon and cheese, cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 servings.
